I had two problems with the layout of the calendar in year view.

1. The months are to close together
2. In IE8 the third column stretches to wide.  The total width isn't "shared" between the tree columns.

After a bit of research and trial and error I managed to fix both issues.

Download and overwrite the following files in the /includes/cal folder.

1. CAL_ViewNuggetHtml.class.php
2. CAL_ViewYear.class.php

Obviously make a backup of your files first.
